You can mail your order to us at: Cermark, 9830 Bell Ranch Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. Use the order form or a blank piece of paper. Be sure to include your name and address along with all stock numbers and descriptions. Enclose your check, money order, or credit card number with expiration date with the order. Please do not send cash. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders.
We ship quickly:
Orders placed online are processed within two business days of receipt. You will be notified if an item you ordered is not in stock. Backorder items are shipped without additional postage and handling.
Returns:
Cermark will accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us for a Merchandise return authorization number prior to returning anything. Items returned must be in new condition with all original packaging and manuals. All returned items subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry we cannot refund shipping charges. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Defective items:
If you suspect a Cermark brand item is defective, please call us for Merchandise return authorization number.
If you suspect any other manufacturers product is defective, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service instructions. Do not send the product directly back to Cermark.
Shipping damage:
If you receive a shipment with damage, save all packaging materials! Contact Cermark for instructions.
